1. Courses

• Refund requests for courses must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Once approved, course access will be removed. If the Premium LUT Collection has been downloaded, its value may be deducted from the refund at our discretion.

2. Non-Refundable Products

• All digital products, including LUTs and help sheets, are non-refundable due to the nature of these downloadable products.
